About William
Hey, you found me! Welcome to my yoga classes. As someone who has experienced powerful life transformation through yoga, it is my joy and privilege to share this potent spiritual practice with you.
The goal of all my classes is the same- union of mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate asanas, breath work, and meditation. My job is to facilitate you experiencing your own unique, deeply personal journey to your most illuminated self.
I received my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training from Yogamu. I am also a Level I Reiki practitioner and currently pursuing 100HR Meditation Teacher Certification through Yogamu as well.

Yoga is a personal journey. Everybody and every body is different. Therefore, I simply ask new clients to fill out a simple liability waiver and listen to their bodies. Don't do anything that feels painful or wrong. All poses can be modified. Please make me aware of any injuries or mobility needs you have and enjoy the class!
