About Vaughn

Namaste, it's me Vaughn :)

When I first started my yogic path back in 2019, I was just beginning my spiritual awakening. I was beginning to particpate in sacred ceremonies, shamanism, and healing arts.

As a part of my awakening, I came to acknowledge and honor myself as transgender and pansexual. I also came to recgonize how underserved the LGBT+ community is when it comes to sacred practices, particularly amongst trans brothers, sisters, and nonbinary fam. This is why I completed my yoga teacher training in 2021 and joined Yoga Alliance in 2023.

Lessons with me are a safe place to show up authentically. Come as you are. We will create a safe space to unravel, to heal, and connect with ourselves.

I love guiding my students back to themselves, helping them to discover embodied practices they can carry with them from the yoga mat into every aspect of their lives.

Bringing healing and light to this community is why I show up every day.

Welp, it all started with a divorce and job loss back in 2019 that came one after the other. I was heartbroken and completely disillusioned. For the first time, I began to go within and truly examine my childhood traumas, limiting beliefs, and what really mattered in my life

I found a shamanic community and embodiment practices that allowed me to process, alchemize, and tranmute past traumas

Yoga was and continues to be an integral part of my healing journey. It is medicine I am called to share

I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance member

I have been participating in sacred spaces since 2019

About the lesson

We'll do a quick phone chat to go over your needs and goals and see if we'll be a good fit for each other

I host a sacred yoga and meditation container online for transfeminine people and people working with tranfeminine energy

I also host Monday Mantra for all LGBTQ+ and allies

Be open to healing

I had a one on one with a student who experienced bliss in final savasana for 11 minutes

Vaughn is strongly competent in the ins amd outs of yoga, and an excellent teacher. She has a warm, inviting demeanor, makes sure the student is moving at a comfortable pace , and is always open to and inviting of questions.
I even have a bad knee and she had no trouble at all accomodating that in a way that didn't affect the session.
Definitely recommend

Vaughn has clearly put a lot of time into developing her practice, and is great at breaking things down for beginners. She factors in developing the mental and spiritual side of things along with guiding students through the flows. Highly recommended

My offerings are:

1) $30 for a 30 minute one on one class (available online only)

2) $45 for a 60 minute one on one class

3) $60 for a 75 minute one on one class including deep meditation
