About Felicia

Hola! I'm Felicia and I have been studying yoga and movement for the past few years in Portland Oregon and Albuquerque New Mexico. I am excited to bring a more therapeutic approach to this ancient practice with the new information that modern science has given us about the way our bodies function. I believe your yoga practice should be tailored to you and your body. After all, we all have very different anatomy so trying to force your body into a pose isn't the answer. We will make the pose fit YOUR body :) One of the most important things a person can do is learn to move and breath with intention. Our breath can literally heal us if we work with it. We have come very far away from the natural way our bodies move due to our current lifestyles in modern society. Together I believe we can bring a more natural, free state of movement and play back into your daily life. See you on the mat!

I truly enjoy helping people find a more pain free existence. So many people live with pain everyday when it doesn't have to be like that! Our bodies can intuitively heal most of the inflammation inside of them if we just give them a bit of movement and lots of water.

About the lesson

We will do an intro session where we meet to discuss your needs and goals and then go through a brief physical assessment process to see where your body is currently at. After intake is complete we will craft a yoga based program specific to your body.
