About Emma
Welcome! I just began my business and took the leap into working for myself. I am an mechanical engineer with a BS and MS, a personal trainer, and yoga/meditation coach. I am working towards climbing and mountaineering certifications. Movement is an art and a language of expression. My teaching focuses on movement and movement patterns to better understand oneself and how to move more in tune. I focus on modalities that get people out of their heads and into their bodies, developing a sense for the deeper lessons learned through movement and relevant transferable life skills. I love empowering people through movement and seeing the process of self-transformation to heal and better understand and express oneself. I approach things holisically.
