About Anna
I have been teaching Yoga for 10 years. I love helping my students go further in their practice and in their lives. I am gentle but firm and I am very knowledgeable about most aspects of Yoga. Yoga has helped me throughout my life. It is truly life changing and amazing what yoga can do fir your body, mind and life. I am a 500 RYT Certified Yoga instructor, certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga as well as children’s yoga, chair yoga, yin yoga, Shakti yoga, and meditation. I hold monthly workshops on personal development and meditation. I have received the award for best yoga instructor in the city. You can find me on Facebook and Instagram @ peralta505.
