About Laura
I am based in Honolulu, Hawaii - combining my Hawaiian heritage, CA raised sunshine, and East Coast training. I want to make the magic of yoga + meditation accessible to everyone!
I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 3 years in NYC. For privates, I really love to focus on where you want to grow, physically, emotionally, or mentally - I am here to support your journey.
