About Rudrakshi
Hey there! I'm currently studying Statistics/Machine Learning and Business at Carnegie Mellon University. I have a lot of math experience. I also took a lot of challenging courses (APs) in high school, and performed pretty well on my SAT and ACT! (99th percentile in both). Because of my experience with taking these tests only a year or two ago, and my extensive math curriculum I'm engaged in right now, I am confident that I can help you out with some of those concepts that are a bit difficult to grasp!
I love working with students! I tutored students at my school through a volunteer program beginning in 7th grade, all the way through high school, and I also began tutoring students privately for SAT/ACT/AP Exam preparation. I was also a teacher at my dance school for 4 years! As a college freshman, I didn't have many opportunities to help other students this year, but I hope to continue doing what I love through here!

Generally, I like to do a pre-test type of thing to undertsand where the student is at in terms of the subject or topic area of focus. That way, I know what areas to focus more on, whether it is more technical in nature, like understanding concrete math concepts, or general, like improving problem-solving or test-taking strategies.
