About Spoorthi

I am a recent college graduate and am heading to law school this fall. I have been tutoring elementary age students for the past 6 years and college students the last two years.

I enjoy helping others understand their work more clearly and helping them build up their self confidence. I also enjoy working with children, as I have babysat, worked in a daycare, and tutored in the past.

I have been tutoring for the past 6 years both at an elementary level and a college level. I was in honors classes all through high school and college, where I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. While I was in high school, I tutored in math and english after school. In college I was part of honors society and would tutor every other day.

About the lesson

I will have intro sessions to get to know them and ask for previous work so I can see what level they are at. Then I will create a schedule on when to meet as well as provide homework assignments in order to improve studies.
