About Liam
I can offer personal engaged tutoring services all elementary, middle, and high school math classes. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to work around your schedule to find a time that works.
I really enjoy working with young people who are striving to learn new things. I know it can be hard to overcome some of the learning barriers and I love to be an asset in helping students overcome them
I started teaching kids how to mountain bike at a local summer camp I worked at in 8th grade. I found myself enjoying seeing people overcome challenges and learn new skills.
In high school I helped tutor freshmen and sophmore math classes. This then evolved during university to me seeking out an internship to assistant teach math in a local high school. This experience gave me plenty of teaching experience in the classroom but also more importantly with the students.
Im a current university student majoring in Mathematics and Economics at UC Santa Cruz with a 3.94 GPA (top 15% of class).
I have previously been an assistant teacher in a Math 1 classroom at a local high school in Santa Cruz.
