About Marion
I am a knowledge PA certified (elementary K-6 and middle 7-9) teacher with years of experiencing teaching upper elementary and middle school math. I graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University of Pa with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-6) with a math concentration. I have been teacher of the month and year in my school. I have a geniune passion for teaching math. I love discovering new ways to teach a concept so that ALL of my students are proficient. I feel very confident and skillful at online instruction.
Teaching children math is incredible! I especially like when the kid starts off hating math, but through quality instruction and work changes their mind. I love empowering students to no longer say, "I don't like math." or "I'm not good at math."
