About Kashayla

I started tutoring math in 2011 to community college students that were just entering and had to take basic math classes at Metropolitan Community College. From There my name grew and was most recommended because of how much I cared and stayed in contact with students so they con complete there curriculum. My experiance is with young adults and children. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administrastion focused in Finance and business.

I statred teaching math at Metropolitan Community College in 2011. The manager over scheduled tutoring approach me of the opportunity to help student at the College with there math. At first I was hesitant but I gave it a try and people surprised me with there feedback of how comprehensive I was in the subject.

I started as a math tutor at Metropolitan Community College in 2011 explaining and teaching basic math up to accounting 1-2. I was able to use the knowledge I learned as a student and undergrade to help others. This was a very exciting time for me because I was able to share my techniques of how I was able to comprehend math.

I take the first 5-7 minutes to get to know the student. What they like and don't like in context of the subject and what bores or excites them. From there I am able to cater to the person with examples.

I have worked with college and high school students. Since I taught at the community college the people that would come through for schedualed tutoring were college adults and teen high school students. A lot of the student were adult student that were taking basic to advanced math. The rest were high school students taking advanced math to some accounting subjects.

Look for a person that you can relate to and explain things to your ability.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Sometimes we don't know what questions to ask, which is why we have tutors to get the student started. It could be that it is the overall subject and the confusion of how the initial instructor has taught the subject.
