About Pilar

I am a straight A highschool student who is very proficient in all areas of school. I love to help teach and have been told I am quite helpful when it comes to learning new things.

I always help my peers with school, and they noted that I was very good at teaching. From there, I decided to start tutoring!

About the lesson

First thing I like to do is get to know how the student learns best. Then, I create a planner that allows the student to maximize his/her time and learn the subject as best as possible.

I have worked with all types of students, mostly ADHD though.

Make sure to hire someone that works best for you. If you need someone who is more strict in order to learn best, then hire someone who is a little more tough on you. It goes for all things in life.

Recently, there was a girl who was struggling with Chemistry and was unable to understand the content. I helped her learn it in a way that worked for her, and that was very rewarding.
