About Clara
Hi there!
My name is Clara. I have been tutoring for over a decade and have a bachelors degree in Applied Mathematics. As much as I adore math, my favorite thing about tutoring is that 'aha' moment, where everything finally clicks into place for them.
I have expierence in private tutoring as well as small group tutoring sessions. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about my education and qualifications.
I have a bachelors degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences as well as over a decade as a private tutor.

I typically with have a short discussion with the parents to see where they believe their child is having difficulties. Then I will talk with the student and see where they believe they are having issues. I will do a small assessment to see where they are and then as a group (student and parents) we can discuss how we will proceed with sessions, whether they would like to focus on homework or study materials and tricks.

Clara really helped my daughters throughout their middle school years. She was super patient with them and spent as much time as each girl needed on each topic. Thanks to her my girls successfully passed math after receiving several poor grades!
