About Warner

I am currently the Graduate Assistant Coach for the Lady Eagle Basketball team at the University of Southern Mississippi. I worked for the Women's Basketball team at Mississippi State University from 2016-2018 where we went 72-6 and finished both seasons as the National Runner-ups. I also worked for the Women's Basketball team at East Central Community College 2013-2015 where we went 42-12. It is because of these experiences and my passion for basketball that I say basketball is the one thing I know the most about and the one thing I understand the most. I love the game and I love coaching the game. More importantly, I want to share that love with others and allow them to see how great they can become with a little skill development, hard work, and practice. In life, I have always taken pride in "never saying no" when it comes to learning new information, acquiring new capabilities, or gaining new skills. I enjoy sports, education, music, reading, writing, cleaning, crafting, and numerous other hobbies. I have an undergraduate degree in biology; however, I am far better at Mathematics and English. I am licensed in the state of Mississippi to teach 6-12 Science, 6-12 History, K-12 Special Education, and K-12 Physical Education. I am great with technology and I have become an excellent Adobe Photoshop graphic designer.

Graduated from Mississippi State University in 2018 and then became a public school special education teacher the following August.

About the lesson

Get to know the student first. Then find out where they currently perform, and then where they would like to perform. I also like to know their strengths and weaknesses. After doing this I develop a plan for attack and help them accomplish their goals.
