Standard pricing system is hourly based, and only receive money for the hours taught. However, I try to keep the same overall amount of hours in any given school year, and I use hour balance sheet to achieve this goal. 

Teaching hours are logged and tracked, and additional hours are added to the balance sheet. For example, if students would like extra tutor hours to prepare for an exam, then I would provide the service while logging in the addional hour. Later that week, the students might want to skip the scheduled tutor hour because they rather study for other classes; the logged additional hour would be used to cover the skipped class.
