About Salena

Hello parents, my name is Mrs. Salena, I am a Credentialed, Multiple Subject, Elementary Teacher in Southern California. I have taught in the public school system for six years and enjoy working with students. With years of experience in the classroom, I understand the importance of personalized attention and targeted instruction when it comes to helping young students reach their academic goals. Now, as an online tutor, I am able to connect with students from all over the world and provide them with the guidance they need to succeed. Whether your child is struggling with reading, writing, or math, I have the skills and knowledge to help them overcome any obstacle and achieve their full potential.

So if you're looking for a dedicated and experienced tutor for your child, look no further than Mrs. Salena!

I started teaching six years ago as an Instructional aide for Math with both seventh and eighth grade students. I moved on as a Substitute Teacher for grades K-12 as I earned my Master's Degree in Elementary Teaching and Education before signing my full time teaching contract. I have taught both 5th grade and 6th grade in the public school setting.

I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Teaching and Education. I have also taught in the public school system for six years.

About the lesson
