About Jade
I love working with bluegrass students specifically because that is my passion. Watching a student of mine excel in a genre of music so close to my heart is very fulfilling. I love teaching all types of music and inspiring the next generation of musicians!
I have put many hours into refining my teaching skills, read countless books, studied with experts, and learned the science behind the human brain and learning. I enjoy watching students learn to grasp concepts and have their very own "eureka" moment.
I have completed 3 years of college for music and successfully completed a Lesson Business program to certify myself as an online instructor.

Jade has given my son private mandolin lessons for quite some time now, and she is absolutely the best teacher I could have ever asked for. She is wonderful with my son, and has the patience of a saint! She uses a positive reinforcement style of teaching, which I just love, and my son really responds to this. She really goes above and beyond to not only ensure that my son learns, but also has a wonderful time in doing so. She is extremely flexible, and has bent over backwards to accommodate my son's and my schedule. I am so pleased to have found such an amazing teacher in Jade, and would highly recommend her to any one out there who is either new to an instrument, or is looking to further their own musical career.
