About Julie-Anne

I am a young engineer who had internships in English-speaking countries, having worked in business English. I give private lessons for more than 5 years (in languages and mathematics), 2 hours to 6 hours per week for students high school level and essentially post-bin. I followed two students for the tray (1 German, 1 in Mathematics), 1 for post-baccalaureate competition (English), and second (Maths).

About the lesson

The courses usually take place at my home (near downtown), using the computer as (1) course material (videos, online newspaper texts); and (2) to share files (sending cards courses, and exercise, word document on corrections) for better monitoring. Between classes I always gives exercises to integrate the course of the day and to work independently writing. The compéhension and speaking skills are emphasized throughout the course. The precise content of the course is adjusted according to the expectations of the student, but a standard proposal is 1h 15 min corrective exercise and issues; 30 min course (half grammar lesson, half reading comprehension with vocabulary acquisition); and 15 minutes of oral / Discussion understanding). A minimum of autonomy in carrying out the duties expected to not block the progress of the program.

Ismail souhait progresser en allemand. Un cours hebdomadaire de 1h30 nous a permis de poser les bases de grammaire (déclinaisons, conjugaison, structure de la phrase), les expressions de la vie courante. Ismail réalisait les devoirs avec soin (rédactions, exercices, apprentissage), et était toujours ponctuel, organisé et motivé ! C'était un plaisir de travailler avec lui.
