About Deepika

Hello,

I'm Deepika. I feel passionate about teaching and sharing my knowledge with you. My priority is to understand your needs and work with you in way that enhances the leaning experience and leaves you a confident in accomplishing what you set out to do.

Teaching has always brought me joy. I've taught right from elementary school to middle school and enjoy working with students in accomplishing thier goals.

I have been doing it since I was in college to take extra cash. That is what got me started in tutring first.

I have taught Elementary and middle school for a brief period. Other than that my background as a project manager has me working with people from all departments and requires that I create presentations to make sure I am able to address everybody's needs through them.

I am also a mom of 4 high schoolers who are all Honos students and I tutor them in various subjects.

About the lesson

Getting to know my students defines how I plan tutoring them. i would spend a 20 minute session with them getting to know thier needs and what they wish to accomplish from our sessions. I will then set clear expectations and how we go about achieveing those goals.

I have worked with Adults teaching them ESL, kids as young as kindergartners and middle school kids.
