About Katherine
I've worked at Albright College as a writing tutor to help students with their essays and English homework. Being able to express yourself and your ideas through writing is an invaluable tool, and it will always be worth having learned.
So often I'll have students who do have the drive and passion needed for an excellent piece of writing. My favorite part of the process is giving them the tools they need to express their unique perspective. That "eureka" moment that students have is what motivates me to do what I do. Seeing that happen on their faces is everything to me.
From middle school forward I have been helping fellow students with various subjects and from this young age I have discovered I have a penchant for helping people. I was employed as a writing tutor in college and I was also employed with Drama Kids International PA2 as the head Drama teacher for k-12 for 3 years before the pandemic caused the termination of the program.
I am Tutor certified by the College Reading & Learning Association. I graduated with an Associate's degree from the Academy of Art for Motion Pictures & Television.

Katie helped me a few times last year with my essays in english. I always have a hard time brainstorming and coming up with a good topic to write about. She was always patient and didn't make me feel like an idiot!
