About Sue
We offer painting & crafting starting at 3 years of age. Children enjoy individual attention due to the small class size of 4. Adult Coffee & Canvas classes are held in Studio or Plein Aire. I have been assisting adults with disabilities with art on canvas and other surfaces for the past 8 years. DWM murals can be found in homes & professional settings in Yankton and Alabama. Porfolio available upon request.
We have been facepainting for local festivals & businesses since 2016.
We are members of Yankton Area Arts. I am secretary of Connecting Artists of Yankton.
Our philosophy is simple mixer of encouragement in a relaxed safe environment.
Seeing joy happen.
Mother owned a Play School and I enjoyed teaching the art time, later my sister & I owned and managed a ceramic studio in Alabama for several years.
I have been painting, drawing and crafting since a teenager. Attending workshops through the years assisted me in my goal to teach in a encouraging environment. I have formal training in Faux Finishing and Murals. I have been assisting adults & young students with development challenges since 2011. I have been designing both painting and crafting projects for individuals with limited vision for several years.
