About Phoenix

I can teach you or your child almost any media you can name. I have experience with both physically and mentally disabled students of all ages. Autism, ADHD, ADD, Blindness, Poor Fine Motor Skills, or any other disability you can name are not barriers to art at any age!!!

I have been drawing and painting for almost 10 years now and through that time I have picked up just an absurd number of medias including but not limited to;

-Acrylic

-Watercolor

-Color Pencil (both oil and wax based!)

-Graphite

-Ink

-Digital (Photoshop, Fire Alpaca, Autodesk Sketchbook, Illustrator and more)

I've always had a passion for art and Knowledge so this seemed like the natural progression of those things.

I have attended the Art Institute of San Antonio, taught small classes and tutored students throughout high school, and I'm currently working on getting my teaching certificate.

About the lesson

First, I'll email or talk on the phone with them or a guardian to find out what exactly they are looking for. Then I'll give them a supplies list and set up a first class, either online or in person, wherever works best for the student! From there I'll specially tailor a lesson plan to each student to ensure they're getting the most bang for their buck!

I've worked with students ranging from 7 to 70, and I've worked with students with disabilities ranging from Autism to Blindness.

Look for somebody who is willing to work with you to really make sure you are learning what they are trying to teach.

I charge based on length of class and number of students attending.

My base rate for one student of any age is 30 USD per hour. then an additional 15 USD per any other students who would like to join in! It is worth noting that the students don't all have to be working in the same media! As long as all of the students are at the same place at the same time the 30+15 rule does apply!
