About Lou
First off for anyone reading this I'm without a car at the moment so if you are farther than the Philadelphia city limits or immediately outside of it I can't get to you.
I was fine art educated and have extensive use and experience with watercolor gouache oil paint and soft and oil pastels. And in a variety of techniques and styles and can help you find and nurture your direction.
Encouraging and helping others explore and find excitement in the Arts.
Started teaching children and adults through the Philadelphia Parks and Rec system. And worked with Tacony art group.
Was educated at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and have continued self-education across many different mediums and techniques to experiment and grow as an artist
