Professional with 35+ years’ extensive experience with children and youth in various settings including but not limited to marketplace, community, and faith-based organizations, as well as individual families. Additional 15 years community mental health experience (both rural and urban). Creative and strategic leader with proven ability to identify the strengths of individuals, create and facilitate teams, and include individuals most others would overlook or “write off”. Effective communicator with a track record of anticipating needs, implementing programs, evaluating results and using outcomes to plan for improvement. Experienced in training, education, testing and assessments. Experienced in crisis intervention and management.
