About Barry
I am a passionate design director with 30 years of experience in branding, UI, responsive web design, mobile, print, and digital illustration.
I have worked in advertising and design in NY, PA, NJ, and DEL. I am a master with my software tools, published in "Photshop for the Web, 1997, O'reilly, and have been using since beta release.
I have worked on large projects for Forune 500 clients including Comcast, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros, Merck, Campbells, Unisys, CapitalOne and others.
As a design leader, I have mentored many juniors and helped them become movers and shakers in the industry.
I enjoy teachin the basics to students who are passionate about design.
Today's tools give us so much freedom to express ourselves, change lives, impact buying decisions, and make life more user friendly.
But it is more than tools. I love using design to make an impact on the world around us even if it is something as simple as creating better experiences.
