About Kayla

I am a many different medium artist who concours different styles with the feel of the world. I have my associates in Art Foundation, and I have been featured in several showings of my work. I would love to start a new medium by helping you create the art of your dreams.

From going to college myself I aspire to help others find their inner artists.

I have an associates in Art Foundation and have been in several gallery showings, my work had been in "The Looking Glass", magazine, and featured in sculpture contests.

About the lesson

I first get an understanding of what your goals and level you're starting at. Then I create a lesson plan specifically to fit your needs and for an understanding of the medium itself. When the lesson is over you should be on the next step to progressing to be the the artist that you are.

Younger students, to teenagers, to adult's in college, and even parents. My teaching style has a long range of coverage suitable for any ages.

To make sure they ask what does the lesson exactly entail. I would tell them to make sure that the teacher is flexible to their personality that they learn at. I would also tell them to give an artist a try even if they do not like their work because all art is different and the teacher could still have alot of knowledge to give to you.

I was explaing color in a lesson and the critical thinking this little girl took to doing her self portrait came out amazing! She got through the frustration found the solution and created something she never believed she could. These situations make me love sharing art with everyone and anyone.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
How long is the course, their goals, worries. Also if there is needs not being met a student should think clearly if those were just expectations or if they're missing what the class really entailed.

I charge for the materials needed for me to work with them. Then I add on the charges for my hourly that includes the time it takes for me to plan the lesson.
