About Kristina
Teaching and helping with math is one of the best jobs out there. The best part is when someone finally understands what they're doing, and they're able to achieve their goals on their own. It's my goal to help get as many students as I can on the right track!
I've just started tutoring on this website.
I've done volunteer tutoring at my high school, and have gotten top grades in the subjects that I've chosen to teach.

I like to show students that they can communicate with me about any issues or hardships they have with what they're studying. I go step by step starting with the building blocks rather than the concept as a whole to refresh their memory. Then, I will start giving example questions and tracking their progress, picking up where we left off every session.
I've worked with anxious, shy, and aggressive students. Of course I've also worked with kind and calm students.
Find the teacher that best suits you. After all, you get to choose them yourself!
It was very inspirational to see Simone Biles pull out of the Olympics for the sake of her physical and emotional health.

Details
Generally, the rates are based off of the amount of time I spend tutoring, and the level of difficulty that is implied with different levels of math. I would charge $50 for 5 hours of tutoring in math levels that are taught in junior high, and the rate would go lower or higher depending on if the math I'm teaching is taught in elementary or high school.
