I loved working on composition both with still life and color, amd getting to use different mediums. The lessons were clear and structured but there was always room for the students' ideas and creativity.

Courtney gave private art lessons to my two sons. Not only is she an extremely talented artist (we have her paintings all over our house), she is a caring and enthusiastic teacher who always thought of different projects and varied media for them to learn from. Every lesson was magic, and we have saved most of their work from their time with her. Her influence is still felt in our home today, as they mix art with their advanced high school studies! She is fabulous!
