About Anthony

Personalized teaching.

I enjoy the reaction students have when they realize they've achieved proficiency in something they've previously were intimidated to try and cook.

While executing Personal Chef Services, clients stated they wished they could cook this well. So I created a class based on what they wanted to learn.

I'm self taught and have been a chef for 18 years.
I'm currently the "Best Of Brandon" 2020 and have been for the last 9 consecutive years.

I taught hundreds of students.

In the 5 years on Groupons and Living Social I held a 100% Satisfaction Rating.

I am an Cookbook author of Cook - Eat - Mingle!

About the lesson

We probe to find out

- what the student wants to learn.

- what food likes and dislikes they have.

- how often do they cook and what they cook

From this information we customize a class for the student.

I've taught couples, groups, and one on one from all age groups and all experience levels from novice home cooks to professional chefs.

Everyone is capable of cooking great meals. Just have patience in the learning process.

Virtually every student has raved about how good the food was and I have to remind them that they prepared it.

Recently, I was hired to teach the Cook - Eat - Mingle class as a gift for a 34 Anniversary present. And as if this wasn't enough of an honor, it was for a retired Air Force Veteran. What an honor.

It was a pleasure to experience a Hats Off To Dining Class to celebrate our anniversary. It was a gift from our children and we did not know what to expect. The food was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the experience, in which we not only indulged in a variety of dishes, but also assisted in the preparation. Chef Anthony and his team were professional, we learned some great tips, and his sauces were divine!
