About Lauren
I'm a medical school graduate (as of November 2019 - with honors). I recently passed my USMLE Step 2 CK and CS exams. I currently tutor medical students for the step 1 & 2 at a test prep center, but I am looking to tutor on the side over Skype. I enjoy working with students very much! I keep a positive attitude and have a passion to assist and motivate struggling learners, mainly because I had to overcome similar struggles. We all learn things differently and at different paces; when students struggle with a subject, it's usually because their learning style conflicts with the style or pace with which it is being taught. Tutoring one on one gives me the opportunity to learn at the student's optimal pace.
I recently graduated medical school in November 2019. I am currently studying for my USMLE Step 3 exam and tutoring Step 1 & 2 students at a test prep center. I completed my B.S. in Biology at Wagner Colllege in Staten Island, NY.
