One-on-one, tailored self-defense training for people who want to feel safe, confident, and capable.

I am a credentialed instructor with over twenty years of teaching and coaching experience and multiple black belts across several disciplines. His private sessions are built around you — your body, your situation, your goals. No filler, no "do 50 push-ups before we start." Just practical, no-nonsense self-defense taught by someone who has been doing this for a long time.

Perfect! We did one introductory lesson. He related well with my daughter and had good activities for her to try out. He broke down the steps and explained what she needed to do.
