My work experience is 18 years. I am 35 years old.
I'm professional. I help organize the day. I show the importance of regular yoga classes with practical examples. I help to control muscle pain, help to correct the spine.

I do various yoga classes. I work with different age groups and individually select a training program. Particular attention will be paid to correct breathing. Static, dynamic, strength and flexibility exercises.
Additional attributes are used: bricks, belts, rugs, Tibetan singing bowls, incense.
It will not be boring.
