About Josie
Hi! I’m Josie.
I love teaching private yoga classes because it gives my students such an amazing opportunity to explore. From teaching beginners who want to learn correct alignment from the start, to more experienced yogis looking for a challenge, I love to share my wealth of knowledge.
I offer deep adjustments, precise alignment corrections, creative sequencing, and a calming space to start or deepen your practice.
Most importantly... Your class is for YOU. Ask as many questions as you like. Tell me if there's anything specific you want to work on. Spend as much time trying that difficult, balancing pose as you want. This is the time to fall, wobble, and try again without fear!

About the lesson

I teach creative Vinayasa flows with a traditional approach. I like to give my students time to sink into a pose, linking it with their breath, whilst also preparing them to flow at more of a pace.
Lessons are 60 or 90 minutes. Open to everyone from beginners to more experienced yogis! Male and female welcome.
200hr qualified yoga teacher and experienced private yoga teacher.
