About Tara
Currently, I am studying Biomedical Sciences (Bsc) in UCL, one of the best universities in the world. Throughout my studies, I have achieved 5A*s and 5A's for my IGCSE's including Triple Science and Maths. Furthermore, for A-levels, I achieved 2A*'s for Biology and Economics and 2A's for Chemistry and Maths.
I have had over 2 years of experience in tutoring students from primary level and IGCSE and 1 year in tutoring A-level students. Not only will I teach the course by the syllabus, I'll help the student get used to the style of writing in an exam and to understand the importance of keywords and concepts. I am capable of teaching all exam boards; AQA, EDEXCEL and CIE (cambridge). In my past, I have tutored over 10 students from all the levels listed above, and they have all managed to attain an A grade or higher.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-Progress and feedback will be reported back to parents/guardians at the end of each session
-Extra work will be set if the student if finding a particular topic difficult to grasp
- Short unit quizzes will be set after each topic to ensure the student has full understanding of the section.
