About Anna
Hello! I'm Anna, a passionate and friendly teacher with over six years of experience teaching Mathematics, Computer Science, and ICT. I hold an MA in Education from the University of Hertfordshire, a B.Ed., and a BSc in Computer Science. I believe every student can succeed with the right guidance, encouragement, and learning approach. My lessons are patient, interactive, and tailored to each learner's needs, helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and enjoy learning. I offer personalised Mathematics, Computer Science and ICT lessons for students from Primary, KS2, KS3, GCSE and IGCSE levels. With over six years of classroom teaching experience, a Master's degree in Education framework from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Bachelor of Education, I understand that every student learns differently.
My lessons are friendly, structured, and tailored to each student's individual learning style and goals. Whether you need help building confidence, catching up with schoolwork, preparing for exams, or aiming for top grades, I create engaging lessons that make challenging concepts easier to understand.
I use clear explanations, worked examples, practice questions, and regular feedback to monitor progress. I also help students develop effective revision strategies, problem-solving skills, and exam techniques to improve both confidence and performance.
I have experience teaching the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curriculum as well as supporting students with different learning needs through differentiated teaching approaches. My aim is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Lessons are available online or in person across Greater London, with flexible scheduling to suit students and families.
