About Samir

I am a dedicated Maths tutor with 3 years of experience, specialising in teaching students from school to college levels. My goal is to make Maths both understandable and enjoyable for every student, regardless of their current skill level. I believe that Maths is more than just formulae and numbers – it’s about developing problem-solving skills and logical thinking that can be applied in real-life situations. My teaching style is interactive and student-centred. I use innovative methods, including real-life examples, case studies, and visual aids, to help students connect abstract concepts to the world around them. I focus on building strong foundational knowledge and then challenge students with advanced problems to foster critical thinking and creativity. I also tailor my approach to suit each student’s learning style, ensuring personalised attention and a deeper understanding of the subject. Beyond core Maths, I also teach relevant subjects like Trigonometry, Geometry, Algebra, and Calculus. About the lesson

My teaching approach for Maths is centred around creativity, real-life examples, and motivation. I believe that Maths can be exciting and applicable to everyday life, so I use real-life examples and case studies to show students how mathematical concepts are used in the world around them. This makes the subject more engaging and helps students see its value beyond the classroom. I focus on building a strong foundation, using creative methods to make complex topics easier to understand. I encourage students to think critically, approach problems from different angles, and develop their problem-solving skills. Flexibility is key in my teaching; I adjust my methods based on each student's learning style and pace, ensuring they receive personalised attention. Motivation plays a crucial role in my lessons. I aim to inspire confidence and curiosity in every student, helping them realise their full potential. I also emphasise integrity, ensuring that students understand the importance of honesty in learning and academic work. In addition to Maths, I can teach relevant subjects, helping students build a comprehensive understanding of the topics they need.
