About Alyssa
I am currently a Senior at Regis University, graduating this winter. I have 5+ years of tutoring and childcare experience, making me not only academically capable but able to build great rapport with my students. My specialties include reading and writing, but I am versed in math tutoring for younger ages as well. Post-graduation I am hoping to work for the Colorado prison college program as an adjunct professor and have taken classes specifically about teaching techniques as well as my previous experience.

I am an engaging and energetic learner and teacher, able to suit your child's learning needs. I have experience with children age 5-15 in mathematics all with varying capabilities. My technique includes meeting your child where they are at and building their skills from there. I will never expect more out of the child than what they are able to give, celebrating their wins and accomplishments, building their confidence as they build their ability.
