About Vinod
Hello, I’m Vinod. I am passionate about yoga and have been practicing a wide range of traditional yoga asanas, including Sirsasana, Chakrasana, Mayurasana and many other challenging postures. I enjoy helping people develop flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness through regular practice. My approach is patient and encouraging, and I believe yoga should be adapted to each person’s current ability and gradually developed with consistent practice.

I teach traditional Hatha Yoga with a practical, step-by-step approach suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. I focus on proper posture, breathing, flexibility, strength, balance and body control. Classes can include warm-up, stretching, asanas, relaxation and breathing practices. I can guide students toward advanced asanas such as Sirsasana, Chakrasana and Mayurasana progressively and safely. I adjust the class according to each student's flexibility, fitness level and experience, and aim to make every session comfortable, focused and enjoyable.
