About Cecilia

As a foreign language tutor, I developed strong skills in teaching French, ESL and Spanish to students of different levels by engaging them in role plays according to a specific situation, analyzing grammar points and tenses, memorizing common expressions and idioms and preparing them for final exams. It has turned out to be a rewarding exchange on a cultural and professional level.

About the lesson

I am an experienced and passionate teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the education field in France, the United States, and South America. Working in various cultural and professional environments has deepened my conviction, commitment, and interest in being a language teacher in a multilingual environment.
I have been tutoring for 10 years now and have had great success with my students, ranging from preschool to college-age, and homeschooling learners.
I enjoy tutoring and engaging my students with fun and challenging linguistic contexts. I like to apply languages to real-world situations to allow my students to fully understand the relevance and necessity of knowing and using a foreign language in their everyday lives.

I met Cecilia in Paris, both being french. I was planning to improve my english and learn spanish before leaving france for work in an international firm. Her experience for having been living abroad for around 10 years now and her way to teach me, were very helpful and eficient. She is pasionate, experienced and dispose of great skills (kindness, patient, confident, adaptability, assiduous/rigorous) to teach foreign languages.

The best private tutor I ever had! She's super down to earth and was really paitent with me. She helped me to be fluent in French and she knows how to make you understand the language. I had to leave to a different state but I took my lessons from her little more thank a year. Highly recommended if you are serious in learning a language.
