I am Vardhan and I have been training since 2018. I made many mistakes along the way, eventually rectified them and made progress. But the knowledge that i have now could’ve helped me achieve better results even sooner. But still i am grateful for the mistakes i made and i want to help others avoid them.

In my class i teach everything ranging from basics of fitness to advances strength and conditioning. I also teach about optimising nutrition and recovery. I am very keen about tracking progress and using statistics to find out if real growth is happening or not.
