About Yvonne
I am a classical and therapeutic Yoga teacher, and a certified Yoga Therapist with a title recognized by the English Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I have studied yoga with different teachers in England, India and the Bahamas. My certifications are as follows: Yoga Therapy (London); Restorative Yoga "Relax and Renew" (London); Vedic Counseling (Bahamas); Yoga for anxiety and depression (London); Yoga for eating disorders and trauma (London); Yoga and mindfulness for teenagers (London); 200h basic course Yoga Teacher and Vedanta (Bahamas).

My approach is fluid and fully customized according to the needs of the student. We will do a first cognitive interview so that I can understand what is the path you want to take, and what goals we want to approach together. We will then outline the precise path of lessons that we will do, each time going to evolve it into each new lesson. Every 5 meetings we will do an evaluation of the objectives and the path to make sure that we are going in the right direction.
