About Lorelei
I have always had a passion for movement and over 10 years ago I fell in love with belly dance. It was the first class I ever instructed and this sparked my passion for teaching. In addition to dance, I began a personal fitness journey which lead to my CanFitPro Fitness Instructor Specialist. In 2017, I completed my 200RYT. Fitness and yoga is constantly evolving and I am always training, reading and practicing to see what I can add to my classes. I believe the key to incorporating movement into your daily life is to find something that you truly enjoy. I hope to inspire and motivate through my classes to help you improve your life and have fun!

My teaching is based on the students needs combined with what I feel intuitively will benefit the student. I like to incorporate music into the yoga practice and I will practice with you so it's easy to follow along. My goal is to get you out of your head and into your body so that you can truly connect to the practice.
