One Hour Session
Pre-session: Call made to know Medical History diagnosis
Session - Each session will take you towards Eighth-Fold Yoga steps, As the learner continues the intensity of ASANAS will increase to ensure better health and flexibility.
A minimum 1-month session should be attended.
Each session will also involve a small talk on Philosophy of Yoga, Health, and Gita along with other scriptures from other religion
Along with a Yoga session, a student gets a FREE Subscription of Spiritual Blogazine (concealed information) as well as S.O.U.L SPACE link to do their Spiritual practises
