About Natasha
Embracing the dual worlds of a "Yogini" and my "Water Baby" spirit has been a profound journey. Since 2010, I've found solace in yoga, and it became my calling as a teacher in 2016. Much like the fluidity of water, I'm drawn to activities like swimming, scuba diving, and parasailing. The connection? Both realms offer deep tranquility and balance. Yoga and pranayama's life-changing impact mirrors the serenity I find in the water. The waves and postures both teach us to breathe, adapt, and flow. It's through this synergy that I've discovered a sense of harmony within and a passion for sharing these transformative waters of serenity with others.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance since 2016, I focus on a scientific and safe approach towards teaching asanas whilst simultaneously helping my students understand the philosophy behind yoga as a way of life. In my classes, we seamlessly weave together the peaceful essence of still yoga and a gentle yoga flow. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, my approach will be tailored to your needs and preferences.
