About Nabendu
I am a multi style yoga teacher constantly struggling to bring freshness to everyday classes. You will leave every class with a content heart and aspiration for next class. I have healed people with extream mental and physical challenges. My students love me most for my meditation sessions, breath work and some ancient secret yogic practices, which work like magic to any one. You may be a beginner or advance practioner, I will guide you deeper to improve your posters and practice. I can also help you with your nutrition requirements.
