About Sanskriti
I am currently a BNYS intern and soon to be a naturopathic doctor by profession, with 3 years of teaching experience in yoga. I have also worked as a doctor in naturopathic and wellness clinics, where I gained hands-on experience in guiding individuals through holistic treatment and therapeutic yoga. My medical training enables me to understand the benefits, indications, precautions, and contraindications of each asana, allowing me to design safe and personalized yoga sessions based on every individual's health condition and goals. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life through yoga.
