About MARTA
I am an inspirational and passionate English as an additional language teacher with CELTA, 'Teaching English Online' qualification and over 13 years experience of working in education across two countries, the UK and Poland. Dealing with students from multicultural backgrounds and working with people with learning difficulties has strengthened my classroom management, student-centered methodology, empathy, and perception. I have been teaching English online to several students, working with groups and individuals.

In my practice, I use a variety of activating methods, and my classes are focused on the interests and individual student’s needs. I use individual and group sessions to improve pupil’s listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. I know how to develop and adapt materials to suit the needs of learners. I love to speak and ask questions and therefore I always encourage my students to participate actively in the lesson. I work on zoom, using a variety of tools like interactive boards, breakout rooms, chatbox to engage learners in lessons.
