My personality in the classroom is focused on the student, so I'm listening and paying attention to them. I'm a good listener and supportive when students make mistakes. I remember the good things that students do in my class, and will remind them from time to time.

My lessons are always organised based on an easy to understand lesson plan. Each lesson has a goal for the student to achieve, and the interaction is structured to help the student to achieve that goal.
A goal could be reading an article, learning vocabulary, discussing opinions.
In my lesson I understand the importance of giving the student opportunities to practice their English as much as possible, and I know how to get students speaking English with my 12 years of experience and TEFL certification.
