About Elizabeth

I grew up in Ontario, Canada, and have a strong connection with Croatian background and culture as well. I have my bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Music from the University of Guelph and my TESL certification. With over 5+ years of private teaching experience, I am confident in my ability to meet the needs of a wide range of students' ages and levels. In my spare time, I play music, write, engage in creative exploration, and read books, especially about neuroscience, psychology, and books related to self-development and growth. I believe in a system of education where learning is enjoyable and engaging. My goal is to instill a lifelong passion for learning. I aim to provide a way of learning in which we fall in love with the process of learning together and allow the outcomes to develop through our shared experience and passion for the subjects we engage with.

About the lesson

Lessons with me are not only focused on the subject I teach but also you and your personal growth. My teaching methods go beyond traditional practices. I believe in always having a mindset of growth and adaptability, especially as your teacher. We will focus on meeting you at your level and encouraging steady growth in all areas of your educational experience with me. For every step you take towards furthering your education or your child's education, I will take 10 more. My philosophy on learning will not only meet your expectations but go beyond them. With over 40+ private students meeting with me weekly and an average retention rate of more than 2+ years, I am looking forward to having you be a part of my success. Your success is my success! Looking forward to getting to know you soon!
