About Laura
I received my 200 hour and 300 hour certifications in Maui and Kauai, respectively. I have had the opportunity to teach students from all over the world of every level and enjoy sharing the health benefits of yoga for the mind, body and spirit.

As an experienced yoga instructor of eight years, I believe in showing up as your authentic self, both as a student and an instructor. I believe in an open and welcoming classroom, and that anyone can do yoga, as long as they can breathe. Flexibility of the body is not required, flexibility of the mind, however, is necessary to be a Yoga Student.
